For those who prefer to grill with charcoal, we offer four models to choose from. The Gourmet Stainless Steel for built-in or portable use in two sizes. The Firemaster and Lift-a-Fire are both for built-in use, with a black powder-coated finish. They range between 368 and 540 square inches of cooking surface.

Charcoal Smoker Ovens
Fire Magic charcoal barbecues offer a Smoker Oven option. For slow smoking meat, poultry or fish, the Fire Magic Smoker Oven offers versatility and flexibility in smoking. The Smoker Oven includes a warming rack, adjustable air shutters for controling temperature and smoke, and an analog thermometer attached to the front.
