The coffee table just got pimped. Insert flames at the center and you have not just a spot to rest your mug but also to keep the contents warm. Heck, you can roast a marshmallow or cook a full dinner.
We want to give a heartfelt thanks to Derrick Riches of About.com for visiting the RH Peterson Co. factory on January 8. We had a nice time visiting with him, picking his brain and grilling a great lunch on Fire Magic grills.
CONGRATULATIONS KAREN FULLER of WESTFIELD, NJ!

Recently, Peterson Sale Rep Mike Palmer worked with Amy Bortz to provide a Fire Magic Echelon 1060 portable Grill with Magic View Window and Remote Controlled Oven Hood for famed barbecue author and grill aficionado Steven Raichlen’s BBQ University. The author of The Barbecue Bible teaches a 3-day grilling “class” annually at a swanky hotel. Enthusiastic grillers eagerly shelled out close to $4,000 for the 3-day class for two, including lodging. This year, BBQ U was held at the 5 Diamond-rated Broadmoor Hotel and Resort in Colorado Springs, CO. R.H. Peterson Co. provided the grill for the 30 class members to use during the instruction. Over 30 grills and smokers were provided by various manufacturers, but it appears even veteran grill Steven Raichlen was dazzled by Fire Magic’s beauty and performance.
